Fall 2024 Haute Couture: Stephane Rolland's Love Letter to Paris

Inspired by the black and white photography of Brassaï and the poem of Paul Prévert, Stephane Rolland created a sophisticated collection as a love letter to Paris using a minimalist palette of black and white.

The show opened with a cut-out tuxedo jumpsuit in wool crepe and black satin and a diamond belt. Cut-outs throughout the colection sensually teased without ever revealing with the designer often putting emphasis on natural belted waists.

Throughout the collection, the designer used jewellery pieces, fully incorporating them in his designs.

His bridal dress sported a giant “alcove” hood embroidered with porcelain and white organza petals.
